Homemade Chocolate Dessert

For Chocolate lover, this is the best dessert for you! A warm, fresh from the oven chocolate cake that when cut open hot warm chocolate sauce come flowing out, eat together with cold vanilla ice-cream, heavenly!

Serves 6

Ingredients:
8 oz squares semisweet dark chocolate
10 tbsp (1 1/4 mini stick) butter
1/2 cup wheat baking flour
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
3 large eggs
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp orange liqueur
6 small squares of dark chocolate
6 scope of vanilla ice-cream to serve

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Grease 6 (6-ounce) ramekins. Melt the chocolates and butter in the microwave, or in a double boiler. Add the flour and sugar to chocolate mixture. Stir with spatula until all blended and no flour lumps.
3. Stir in the eggs and yolks until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and orange liqueur. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins. Press a small square of dark chocolate into the center of batter and make sure batter covers the square chocolate.
4. Place all ramekins on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.* The edges should be firm but the center will be runny. Run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto dessert plates. Serve immediately with a scope of vanilla ice-cream will be heavenly!

Note*: Some oven may cook faster or slower than the other, to prevent over baked, check at 10 min by shaking the ramekin to look for firmness of the center.
