Baked Cauliflower with Goat Cheese



               
                  This recipe calls for 3 types of cheese.
                  Baking cauliflower allows the floret
                  to absorb all the flavor of the cheese.
                  If you are a cheese lover you would
                  love this cheesy cauliflower. 

Baked Cauliflower with Goat Cheese

       

                        Serve 2 

                  Ingredients:  

                  1 head cauliflower, cut into florets 
                  1 cup heavy cream
                  1 cup Montery Jack cheese, coarsely grated
                  1 cup grated Parmesan 
                  3/4 cup goat cheese, break into small pieces
                  Pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper
                  Pinch of paprika


                 Preparation:


                1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

                2. Layer the cauliflower, heavy cream and the 3 cheeses in a medium casserole dish. 
                    Sprinkle pinch of salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until the 
                    cauliflower is soft and the sauce has thickened slightly. 

                3. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes, sprinkle pinch of paprika
                    before serving.
