Hi,

I just wanted to ask Dr Sundardas D Annamalay the following question:

I have been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome). Is there any natural way of reversing it completely? Are there any books, websites, clinics I should refer to or approach?

PCOS is related to food allergies, impaired blood sugar regulation, estrogen dominance and excess testosterone. They are all aggravated by genetic variations that would predispose you to process food and hormones less optimally.
